Job summary

Leighton Asia is seeking an experienced civil project planner to manage baseline schedules, cost/resource loading, and time impact analyses for high-rise construction projects in Hyderabad. You will coordinate with clients and consultants, prepare regular reports, and maintain risk registers with timely submissions.

15+ years with a reputed main contractor and a Civil Engineering background (B.E/B.Tech, NICMAR advantageous) are preferred, with strong Primavera P6 proficiency.

Qualifications

• B.E / B.Tech Civil and NICMAR preferred.
• 15+ years of experience with a reputed civil contractor/main contractor.
• High-rise building construction experience is a must.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare baseline schedule with tracking, including cost and resource loading.
• Familiar with contracts, claim procedures, EOT, and time impact analysis.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and look-ahead schedules with revenue tracking.
• Record risk register, events, and notifications as required.
• Interface with client/consultant and submit inputs timely.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Familiar with contracts, claim procedure, EOT, Time impact analysis.
• Reporting documents daily, weekly, monthly, and look ahead schedules, revenue tracking.
• Recording Risk register, events, and notification as required.
• Client / consultant interface and preparing inputs and submission timely.
• Internal and external stake holders coordination .
  

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E / B.Tech Civil + NICMAR (Added Advantage)
• Minimum 15+ years Exp from Reputed civil contractor firm / main contractor.
• Experienced in High rise building construction is a must.
