Job summary

GMR Group in Hyderabad is seeking a seasoned Planning Engineer to prepare and monitor project schedules during pre-award and execution stages, reporting deviations and driving timely completions. The role focuses on ALD and Aerocity expansion projects, with emphasis on tracking master schedules, procurement timelines, and highlighting critical events.

You will work with Head Planning and cross-functional teams, prepare monthly MIS, analyze delays, and propose corrective actions to keep projects

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech (Civil) + PG Diploma in Construction Management from reputed institutes
• Approx 10 years of similar experience in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure Industry
• Experience in planning, monitoring and MIS for large projects (pre-award and execution stages)

Responsibilities

• Track and monitor project progress and schedules
• Analyze delays and implement corrective actions
• Evaluate and authenticate monthly physical and financial progress of all projects
• Prepare MIS and progress reports for project review meetings
• Coordinate with Vendors, Contractors, Procurement & Contracts teams

Education

BE/B.Tech (Civil) + PG Diploma in Construction Management from reputed institutes
