Job summary

GMR Group is seeking a seasoned Planning professional to prepare and monitor project schedules, analyze delays and mitigation plans for Aerocity expansion works. You will ensure timely reporting, track procurement milestones, and present MIS data in project review meetings.

Ideal candidates have around 10 years of experience in Real Estate/Construction and hold a BE/B.Tech in Civil with a PG Diploma in Construction Management. This is a senior, on-site role within Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering with a postgraduate qualification in construction management.
• Approx 10 years of experience in real estate, construction or infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor project schedules across pre-award and execution stages.
• Track master construction and procurement schedules; highlight critical events.
• Design MIS and present progress reports in project reviews.

The Core Purpose of this Job is to prepare & monitor project works schedules during pre-award stage of projects and during project execution stages and report deviations The Key Responsibilities will be - schedule of all ALD projects, analyze delay and its mitigation plan , tracking of master construction schedule and procurement schedule, highlighting the critical events for Aerocity expansion works
