Job summary

HRD House in Mumbai seeks an experienced professional to manage third-party Contract Manufacturing and External Manufacturing for domestic and international business. Based at the corporate office, the candidate will coordinate with vendors, approve artwork, and drive new molecule development for loan-licensed products.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in CM/EM, with strong knowledge of terms, supplier coordination, and quality standards across multiple sites and regulatory contexts.

Qualifications

• B. Pharma or M. Pharma with 10+ years' experience in handling third-party Contract Manufacturing & External Manufacturing.
• Experience identifying and developing new parties for Third parties & Loan License manufacturing.
• Knowledge of preparing the monthly requisition of raw materials and packaging materials under loan license.
• Knowledge of maintaining quality standards at third-party manufacturing locations.
• Coordination with Distribution Department to ensure dispatch and product availability.
• Coordination with International Division to meet overseas production and supply requirements.

Responsibilities

• Based at the corporate office in Mumbai; handle Contract Manufacturing & External Manufacturing for sourcing finished formulation for domestic & international business.
• Develop and identify new parties for Third parties & Loan License manufacturing; decide technical & commercial terms & agreements.
• Coordinate with approved vendors to ensure timely supply of raw materials and packaging materials for loan-licensed products.
• Review and approve artwork for new products and coordinate artwork changes for existing products.
• Recommend and outsource new molecules and new combinations to existing or new manufacturing locations.
• Prepare the monthly requisition of RM and PM for products produced under loan license.
• Collaborate with R&D for product improvement and new product development.

• 6. Candidate will be responsible for product analysis and with the R&D Department for the improvement of existing products and the development of new products.
