• Maintain CRM, lead trackers and follow-up schedules.
• Prepare capability presentations and coordinate client meetings and site visits.
• Coordinate RFQs with plants and supply chain teams and support quotation preparation.
• Track enquiry-to-order conversion and prepare weekly pipeline MIS.
• Support client onboarding, agreements, artwork and technical coordination.
• Travel for client meetings, exhibitions and business development activities.
