Zend Consulting Services in Raipur seeks an HR professional to manage end-to-end PMS across corporate and plant units. The role focuses on coordinating goal setting, KRAs/KPIs, reviews and calibration to ensure timely PMS processes.

You will prepare PMS dashboards/analytics, support competency frameworks, IDPs and performance improvement, and guide seniors on PMS. Ideal candidates have MBA, 4+ years in HR and strong HR analytics/Excel reporting skills.

Formación

• MBA required.
• 4+ years in HR.
• Experience in PMS, Talent Management, HR Analytics or OD.
• 1+ PMS cycle.
• HRMS-based PMS & advanced Excel reporting.
• Knowledge of KPI/KRA, Skill Gap Analysis, Performance Tracking, IDPs.
