Job summary

Vodafone Idea Limited in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India, is seeking an experienced Network Engineer responsible for operation and maintenance of RAN/MW networks, with a focus on uptime and alarm management.

Ideal candidates have 7-8 years in BSS O&M RAN (Nokia & Ericsson), BE in Electronics and Communication, and proven ability to coordinate with multiple teams to ensure network performance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned tasks.
• Handle breakdown and preventive maintenance.
• Analyze daily reports to achieve >99.70% uptime.
• Rectify MW and RAN alarms.
• Coordinate with SNOC, IPs, CODE, and projects for daily operations.
• Work with BSC/RNC and Transport domains.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• 1. Engineer will responsible for Operation and maintenance of assigned task


• 2. Engineer will responsible for breakdown and preventive maintenance


• 3. Engineer to analyze daily report and deliver >99.70% uptime


• 4. Engineer will responsible for MW and RAN alarm rectification


• 5. Engineer to coordinate with SNOC ,IPs, CODE, project, etc. for day to day operation


• 6. Engineer having hands on experience in BSC/RNC and Transport domain
