Job summary

Vodafone Idea Limited (formerly Idea Cellular Limited) is seeking an experienced Engineer to manage operation and maintenance of assigned tasks in the RAN/MW domain. The role requires hands-on BSS O&M RAN experience with Nokia & Ericsson, and strong coordination across SNOC, IPs, CODE, and projects.

The ideal candidate will have a BE in Electronics and Communications, robust analytical skills, and proven ability to lead teams while ensuring high network uptime and reliable alarm management.

• Coordinate with SNOC, IPs, CODE, project for daily operations.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

1. Engineer will responsible for Operation and maintenance of assigned task

2. Engineer will responsible for breakdown and preventive maintenance

3. Engineer to analyze daily report and deliver >99.70% uptime

4. Engineer will responsible for MW and RAN alarm rectification

5. Engineer to coordinate with SNOC ,IPs, CODE, project, etc. for day to day operation

6. Engineer having hands on experience in BSC/RNC and Transport domain
