Job summary

Vodafone Idea Limited is seeking an O&M Field Engineer (M1 - Manager) for the Gujarat region. The role focuses on network uptime for radio and MW, supporting KPI improvements across technology domains. The candidate will handle operation & maintenance, breakdown and preventive maintenance, and RAN/MW alarm rectification.

The ideal candidate has 7-8 years of experience in BSS O&M RAN (Nokia & Ericsson), with strong troubleshooting, team leadership, and coordination skills. B.E.
