Job summary

Vodafone Idea Limited in Rajkot is seeking a Senior Telecom Engineer to oversee the operation and maintenance of BSS O&M RAN networks, focusing on Nokia and Ericsson domains. You will ensure uptime, diagnose faults, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep services running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 7–8 years in RAN/MW networks, strong troubleshooting skills, and proven leadership in coordinating with SNOC and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of experience in BSS O&M RAN (Nokia & Ericsson) domain.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for RAN/MW networks.
• Sound knowledge of BSS RAN and transport networks.
• Experience leading teams and building administrative capabilities.
• Analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operation and maintenance of assigned task.
• Handle breakdown and preventive maintenance.
• Analyze daily reports to deliver >99.70% uptime.
• Rectify MW and RAN alarms.
• Coordinate with SNOC, IPs, CODE, and projects for day-to-day operation.
• Work with BSC/RNC in Nokia and Ericsson domains.

1. Engineer will responsible for Operation and maintenance of assigned task

4. Engineer will responsible for MW and RAN alarm rectification

5. Engineer to coordinate with SNOC ,IPs, CODE, project, etc. for day to day operation

6. Engineer having hands on experience in BSC/RNC and Transport domain
