Job description

The Manager - Operations will manage diagnostic operations, center workflow, team coordination, service monitoring, reporting, and process improvement across Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, and Guntur locations for Krsnaa Diagnostics. This requires 10–15 years of operations management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily diagnostic operations across assigned centers or locations.
• Monitor patient flow, report workflow, service delivery, team performance, and operational timelines.
• Coordinate with center managers, technicians, customer support, sales, MIS, finance, HR, and senior teams.
• Track operational targets, turnaround time, pending cases, service quality, and center performance.
• Prepare daily reports, operations MIS, dashboards, and performance summaries.
• Resolve workflow issues, service delays, patient concerns, and team-level escalations.
• Support planning, manpower allocation, resource utilization, and process improvement activities.
• Ensure SOP adherence, documentation discipline, and operational standardization.
• Identify gaps in workflow, reporting, staffing, and service delivery.
• Support business planning, center growth, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient, business, and company information.
• Ensure smooth, organized, and quality-focused diagnostic operations.
