The Center Manager will manage diagnostic center operations, radiology workflow, CT, MRI, USG, mammography services, patient service, staff coordination, and center performance at Krsnaa Diagnostics, Mumbai. This requires 5–10 years of center operations or diagnostic management experience.

• Manage daily operations of diagnostic center and radiology services.
• Coordinate CT, MRI, USG, mammography, front desk, billing, reporting, and patient flow.
• Monitor appointment scheduling, waiting time, report status, patient service, and center workflow.
• Coordinate with radiologists, technicians, center staff, operations, and customer support teams.
• Track center performance, revenue, patient feedback, service quality, and daily MIS.
• Resolve patient queries, operational issues, report delays, and center-level escalations.
• Ensure equipment readiness, staff discipline, documentation, and SOP compliance.
• Manage manpower utilization, duty allocation, and center-level coordination.
• Support local business growth, referral coordination, and center visibility.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and business information.
• Ensure clean, safe, organized, and patient-friendly diagnostic center operations.
