Job description

The Senior Manager - Operations will supervise diagnostic operations, center performance, team management, business planning, service quality, and operational reporting at Krsnaa Diagnostics across Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, and Guntur. This requires 10–15 years of operations management experience.

• Manage senior-level diagnostic operations across assigned locations.
• Monitor center performance, service quality, productivity, turnaround time, and daily workflow.
• Coordinate with center managers, operations teams, sales, customer support, finance, HR, and diagnostic departments.
• Support business planning, process improvement, service expansion, and operational strategy.
• Track operational MIS, pending tasks, patient service issues, revenue performance, and workflow gaps.
• Guide managers and team members on SOPs, reporting, discipline, and performance goals.
• Handle escalations related to patients, centers, staff, vendors, reports, or service delivery.
• Identify operational risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and performance reviews.
• Support cost control, resource utilization, and service quality improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient, business, and company information.
• Ensure disciplined, efficient, and result-oriented operations management.
