The Operations Manager will manage diagnostic business operations, service delivery, business planning, process improvement, team coordination, and regional performance monitoring at Krsnaa Diagnostics, Karnataka.

• Manage regional or unit-level diagnostic business operations.
• Plan and monitor operational workflow, manpower, resources, service delivery, and performance goals.
• Coordinate with center managers, radiology teams, pathology teams, customer support, sales, MIS, and senior management.
• Track operational targets, productivity, turnaround time, patient satisfaction, and service quality.
• Identify service delays, process gaps, cost issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare operational dashboards, business reports, MIS, and management updates.
• Support center expansion, resource planning, workflow improvement, and standardization.
• Handle operational escalations related to centers, patients, staff, vendors, or reporting workflow.
• Guide teams on SOP adherence, reporting discipline, and performance improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality of business, patient, and operational data.
• Ensure smooth, scalable, and quality-focused diagnostic operations.
• Support business planning and sustainable operational growth.

Minimum qualifications: 10–15 years of experience in operations management or diagnostic business operations.
