Job summary

Esyasoft Goa is seeking an experienced Operations & Maintenance leader to oversee day-to-day O&M for the Goa Smart Metering Project. You will ensure service delivery, meet SLA commitments, and coordinate with field teams, vendors, DISCOMs, and internal stakeholders to drive smooth issue resolution.

You will monitor maintenance activities, generate dashboards and management updates, review performance metrics, and take corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in Smart Metering Operations & Maintenance projects.
• Hands-on experience in SAT, Non-Comm analysis, NVC management, SLA monitoring, and maintenance operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage field teams and drive operational excellence.
• Willingness to work from and manage operations in Goa.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day O&M operations and ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor and drive compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Manage and resolve operational issues related to SAT, Non-Comm, NVC, and other field-level challenges.
• Ensure timely closure of pending complaints, service requests, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with field teams, vendors, DISCOM representatives, and internal stakeholders for effective issue resolution.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Review operational performance metrics and initiate corrective actions where required.
• Strengthen communication channels between field teams and project stakeholders.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and management updates.
