Qualifications

• 10 to 16 years of progressive experience in operations management within the smart metering or utilities sector.
• Proven expertise in smart metering technologies and project implementation.
• Strong background in supply chain management, material logistics, and vendor coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and navigate regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Solid knowledge of quality management principles and performance monitoring techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project implementation for smart metering deployments, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Develop and maintain robust supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and vendor relations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align operational goals with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Drive team development initiatives, including training, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Oversee material management, ensuring optimal stock levels and efficient use of resources.
• Implement quality management systems to guarantee product and service excellence.
