Job summary

Resonia, formerly Sterlite Power, seeks an Assistant Manager/Manager - O&M(Substation) to oversee operation and maintenance of high voltage lines and substations. Focus on planning, patrols, and timely maintenance to ensure reliability for 765 KV and 400 KV circuits.

The role requires coordinating outages with DISCOM, NRLDC and State LDC, supervising construction activities, and contributing to asset integrity across major projects in India and abroad. Prior HV experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in operation and maintenance of high voltage transmission assets.
• Ability to plan, track patrols and maintenance cycles.
• Strong coordination with external agencies and clients.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with external agencies, clients, architects & consultants on technical specifications and approvals.
• Supervising construction activities and providing technical inputs for methodologies.
• Experience with 400 KV & 765 KV line charging and O&M commissioning.
• Rout alignment and installation work for tower components during emergency tasks.
• Monitoring regular line patrolling and ensuring line availability and reliability.

Position Summary

Handling of operation and Maintenance of above 2000 KM Line maintenance
Availability for 765 KV and 400 KV lines. Managing of O&M activities and Handling of complete PM activies cycle of the O&M Management through planning, tracking daily line patrolling process and taking necessary measures to stay on course.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Interacting with external agencies , clients , architects & consultants on determining technical specification , Approvals for smooth of operations.
• Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management.
• Experience of 400 KV & 765 KV Line charging & O&M commissioning work.
• ERS rout alignment and Installation work for Tower collops emergency work.
• Monitoring and record of Regular ground patrolling work of line in Operation & Maintenance work.
• Maintain line availability and reliability of Transmission Line with regular maintenance activities.
• Coordination with DISCOM, NRLDC & State LDC for getting outage shutdown for regular maintenance work
