Job summary

Job Description

To lead and manage Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities for the Goa Smart Metering Project, ensuring efficient service delivery, SLA compliance, timely issue resolution, effective field coordination, and smooth communication among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day O&M operations and ensure seamless project execution.
  
• Monitor and drive compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  
• Manage and resolve operational issues related to SAT, Non-Communication (Non-Comm), NVC, and other field-level challenges.
  
• Ensure timely closure of pending complaints, service requests, and maintenance activities.
  
• Coordinate with field teams, vendors, DISCOM representatives, and internal stakeholders for effective issue resolution.
  
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure system reliability and performance.
  
• Review operational performance metrics and initiate corrective actions where required.
  
• Strengthen communication channels between field teams and project stakeholders.
  
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and management updates.
  

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  
• Experience in Smart Metering Operations & Maintenance projects.
  
• Hands-on experience in SAT, Non-Comm analysis, NVC management, SLA monitoring, and maintenance operations.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to manage field teams and drive operational excellence.
  
• Willingness to work from and manage operations in Goa.
