Job summary

Esyasoft seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day O&M activities for smart metering projects in Goa. You will drive timely closure of tickets, coordinate field teams and DISCOMs, and ensure reliable system performance.

You will lead a cross-functional team, monitor KPIs, and deliver concise management updates. A Bachelor’s in Engineering and strong leadership skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in Smart Metering Operations & Maintenance projects.
• Hands-on experience in SAT, Non‑Comm analysis, NVC management, SLA monitoring, and maintenance operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage field teams and drive operational excellence.
• Willingness to work from and manage operations in Goa.
• Strong operational ownership and problem-solving ability.
• Effective team coordination and monitoring skills.
• Result-oriented approach with focus on timely issue resolution.
