Job summary

Resonia (formerly Sterlite Power) is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager - O&M(Substation) to oversee operation and maintenance of over 2000 km of transmission lines, including 765 kV and 400 kV assets. The role focuses on planning, patrolling, and ensuring reliability through proactive maintenance and outage coordination with DISCOM, NRLDC, and State LDC.

Qualifications

• Experience of 400 KV & 765 KV Line charging & O&M commissioning work.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with external agencies, clients, architects & consultants on determining technical specification and approvals for smooth operations.
• Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management.
• Experience of 400 KV & 765 KV Line charging & O&M commissioning work.
• ERS rout alignment and installation work for Tower collaps emergency work.
• Monitoring and record of regular ground patrolling work of line in Operation & Maintenance work.
• Maintain line availability and reliability of Transmission Line with regular maintenance activities.
• Coordination with DISCOM, NRLDC & State LDC for outages for regular maintenance work.

Position Summary

Handling of operation and Maintenance of above 2000 KM Line maintenance

Availability for 765 KV and 400 KV lines. Managing of O&M activities and Handling of complete PM activies cycle of the O&M Management through planning, tracking daily line patrolling process and taking necessary measures to stay on course.
