Job summary

MALABAR GOLD & DIAMONDS in Bengaluru seeks a marketing professional to support regional plans and ensure their implementation. The role involves coordinating ATL, BTL, and digital activities with the corporate marketing team to enhance store sales.

You will assist in preparing regional budgets for campaigns, events and exhibitions, and coordinate creative needs with Corporate and regional offices. This position also covers event coordination and reporting of promotion effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning regional marketing campaigns and budgets.
• Ability to coordinate ATL, BTL and digital activities with corporate teams.
• Proven track record in planning and tracking marketing spend.

Responsibilities

• Support and ensure implementation of all marketing plans to increase sales.
• Plan ATL, BTL and Digital activities at store level in coordination with corporate marketing.
• Assist in preparing the regional marketing budget for campaigns, events and exhibitions.
• Coordinate with corporate and regional teams for creative needs and digital requirements.
• Negotiate printer rates and oversee printing of marketing collaterals for campaigns.
• Review promotional activities and report on efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate events, campaigns and exhibitions at regional/store level; coordinate store branding with Visual Merchandising.

Role & responsibilities

To support in developing regional marketing plans and ensure implementation of the approved plans.

Preferred candidate profile

Marketing Planning .

• Support and ensure implementation of all marketing plans to increase sales.
• To support in planning ATL, BTL, Digital activities at store level in coordination with corporate marketing team.
• Assist in preparing the regional marketing budget for all campaigns, events, exhibitions.

Events & Creative Coordination

• Understand the creative requirements of the store and coordinate with Corporate and regional office for the creative
• Understand the digital marketing requirements of the store and coordinate for the creative
• Negotiation of rates with printers, coordinate in printing of all marketing collaterals for the campaigns, promotions, events.
• Review and monitor the promotional activities conducted through various media and report the efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate for all events, campaigns, exhibitions at regional and store level. a a a o coordinate, plan and design with corporate Visual merchandising team for store branding .

Reports & Competitor Analvsis

• Create marketing reports to monitor and analyze the market trends, campaign-based expenses, activities done.
• Create and prepare reports on competitor media mix, advertisements, customer behavior with support from Stores.
• Data management of customers for Campaigns.

Support Functions

• Analysing call center reports.
• Liaisoning with building owners and Corporate Legal team for agreements.
• Verification of marketing bills from stores
