Job summary

Asahi India Glass Limited (AIS) is seeking a marketing professional to drive planning, communications, and brand initiatives from its office in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh. The role covers branding objectives, market analysis, campaign ideation, calendar creation, and annual budgeting with MIS support.

The candidate will coordinate with design agencies, ensure brand consistency, execute product displays at dealer stores and experience centers, and manage marketing collaterals.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Planning: Prepare branding objectives - increase in brand awareness
• Analyze market and competitor trends
• Come up with "out of box" ideas for marketing and branding campaigns
• Creating calendars for all activities, ensuring adherence to the same
• Assisting the team to make annual budgets
• Marketing Communications: Editing and proofreading of all marketing and branding collaterals
• Work closely with agency for all design and content
• Ensure excellent and timely execution of new product displays and POP at dealer stores and experience centers as well as events, exhibitions, meets
• Ensure excellent, timely, cost‑effective execution of marketing collaterals including brochures, sample folders, etc.
• Vendor Management
• Ensure brand sanctity in all communication
• Public Relations & Internal Marketing for New Product Launches: Ensuring press releases for the new products are well created and circulated to the PR agency via Corporate Marketing for coverage in media
• Ensuring well‑drafted and creative mailers on new product information are created and disseminated in coordination with Corporate Marketing
• Reporting & MIS: Weekly reporting of all activities, jobs with deadlines, schedules for completion
• Creating purchase orders, maintaining quotations, tax data, and creation of new vendors in MWT
• All budgeting and monitoring of expenses against the same
• All bills verification, payment schedules
• Tracking of sample distribution till the last mile to dealers/architects
