Job summary

Flexi Careers India is seeking a regional marketing professional to plan and execute marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives across Andhra Pradesh.

You will drive hyperlocal activities, support branches and field teams, and lead generation, conduct activations, launches and campaigns, and ensure branding and regulatory compliance while traveling regularly in the region.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute regional marketing strategies in alignment with business and sales objectives.
• Drive hyperlocal marketing activities across assigned branches and locations.
• Support branches and field teams in generating quality leads and acquiring new customers.
• Conduct local market activations, customer awareness programs, roadshows, campaigns and promotional activities.
• Develop and execute marketing plans for new branch launches and market expansion.
• Improve brand visibility through branch branding and promotional materials.
• Identify potential markets, customer segments and local opportunities for business growth.
• Coordinate with Branch Managers, Area Managers and Regional Sales teams for effective campaign execution.
• Track and report campaign performance, lead generation and business impact.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Ensure all marketing activities follow company branding, compliance and regulatory guidelines.
• Travel regularly across the assigned region to monitor and execute field-level marketing initiatives.
