  • 15+ years of experience in managing plant operations with at least 3 years as production head in capital goods transmission or cable conductor manufacturing.

  • Lead end-to-end power cable manufacturing operations to meet production targets and optimize costs.
  • Develop and lead production managers, engineers, supervisors, and operators for a safe, high-performing culture.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specs; oversee root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
