Job summary

Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages (HCCB) is seeking a senior maintenance professional to lead all plant maintenance activities in Pune. The role focuses on maximizing productivity by ensuring adherence to production schedules and overseeing preventive maintenance, breakdowns, and annual contracts.

The candidate should hold a BE in Mechanical engineering with at least 10 years of experience, preferably in utilities, and will be responsible for engineering project execution and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• BE Mechanical degree is required.
• Experience of 10+ years in utilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all maintenance activities in the plant to ensure adherence to production schedules and maximize productivity.
• Overall responsibility for all maintenance activities including maintenance contracts, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance systems.
• Execute engineering projects as assigned.
• Design and implement preventive maintenance systems and maintain asset registers.

Role & responsibilities

• To manage all maintenance activities in the plant to ensure adherence to production schedules and maximize productivity
• Overall responsibility for all maintenance activities including annual maintenance contracts, breakdown maintenance of all equipment, and preventive maintenance systems.
• Execution of all engineering projects
• Designing and implementing appropriate systems preventive maintenance, equipment history and asset register.
• Preparation and control of annual plant maintenance budgets.
• Maintenance planning and control.
• Developing vendors for spares and contractors for outside maintenance services.
• Safety of personnel, facilities and equipment.
• Overall responsibility for adherence to local laws, especially labor laws, pollution control laws, fire and explosives, safety, electrical installations etc.
• Direct responsibility for achieving the usage factors for utilities
