Job Description:
Objective: To manage all maintenance activities in the plant to ensure adherence to production schedules and maximize productivity. Knowledge of 40 power Compressor, chiller, boiler.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper maintenance of machinery.
- Ensuring statutory norms.
- Timely implementation of Planned Maintenance system for the proper care of Plant and machinery and which will maximize line availability and efficiency.
- Ensuring that daily, weekly and monthly schedule are carried out as per recommended norm
- Ensure the targets for the Yields of FO, Electricity and HSD are achieved.
- Keeping stock of critical inventory.
- Guide maintenance supervisor for preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
- In charge of Workshop.
- Ensure records and inventory cards for all equipments are properly documented.
- Ensuring technical and statutory norms for equipments.
- Ensure maintenance of Plant and machinery in safest possible conditions.
- Responsibility for preparation and control of annual plant maintenance budget.
- Responsibility for adherence to local laws, especially labor laws, pollution control , fire and explosives , safety electrical installations etc.
- Direct responsibility to implement the safety systems in the plant area
- Ensure GMP practices in all work areas

Job Requirements:
Qualifications: B.Tech. /B.E. (Mechanical)
Experience: 4 to 5 years
Functional Skills:
Beverage Production Process Control
- In-depth knowledge of the technology of the beverage production and quality characteristics
- Thorough understanding of the various process parameters and their implication on delivering the quality specifications of the product
- Ability to implement systems and procedures for all the manufacturing activities in the plant
- Awareness of the quality control procedures and techniques for product, raw and packaging materials
- Awareness of the FPO laws and regulations
- Ability to understand the operating procedures for all equipment.
- Ability to understand and monitor productivity indicators of the plant.
Maintenance
- Ability to implement preventive maintenance systems
- Thorough knowledge of the technical details of the various equipment in the plant
- Awareness of the various basic electronics and control systems used in the plant and in the beverage industry
- Ability to monitor equipment performance
- Ability to train personnel on the operation and maintenance of all utilities.
