Job summary

TII India is seeking a senior maintenance leader to plan and manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities, optimise uptime and equipment availability, and lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and technicians.

You will monitor KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, OEE), manage budgets and spares, drive root cause analysis, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate plant shutdowns and major improvement projects.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of maintenance experience in heavy engineering/manufacturing, with 3–5 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Ensure minimum machine downtime and maximum equipment availability.
• Lead and develop maintenance engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, OEE, and maintenance costs.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and contractor activities.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement reliability improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate plant shutdowns, equipment overhauls, and improvement projects.
• Maintain utilities such as compressors, cranes, DG sets, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
