Job summary

CenturyPly is seeking a maintenance-focused role to oversee maintenance schedules, supervise technicians, and drive preventive/predictive maintenance strategies across production lines. The role emphasizes asset management, quality standards, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.

The incumbent will lead maintenance teams, train staff, coordinate with engineering, and ensure timely execution of maintenance plans to sustain production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintains maintenance schedules by supervising maintenance personnel and setting priorities.
• Implements PM compliance to boost machine performance.
• Manages plant assets, facility, parts inventory, and processes related to engineering purchase orders and invoice approvals.
• Leads maintenance personnel with clear direction and priorities.
• Provides training and ongoing development for maintenance staff.
• Drives maintenance and reliability initiatives focusing on preventive and predictive maintenance, not reactive.
• Performs other duties by coordinating work.
• Develops and maintains quality standards.
• Develops, maintains, and standardizes maintenance procedures for production lines to ensure steady production.
• Develops associate and supervises skills by conducting training meetings.
