Job summary

• Safety Compliance: Enforce mechanical safety protocols and standards, conduct safety training, and minimize mechanical hazards in the workplace.
• Team Management: Lead and manage the mechanical maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Energy Efficiency: Implement energy‑efficient practices and technologies to reduce energy consumption and operational costs.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment manuals, and mechanical schematics.
