Job summary

Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation in Ludhiana, India, seeks an experienced Sales Engineer to drive LV switchgear sales and digital product solutions. You will engage OEMs, consultants, and nodal agencies across Ludhiana, Patiala, and Rajpura during pre-tendering to influence specifications and preferences.

The role requires 3–7 years in LV/MV switchgear sales, BE/BTech in Electrical/Electronics, and strong communication in Hindi/English (Punjabi preferred).

Qualifications

• External BE/BTech (Electrical/Electronics) required.
• 3–7 years of experience in LV/MV switchgear sales.
• Knowledge of pre-tendering, promotions and SAP usage helpful.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales target for LV sales.
• Engage with OEMs, consultants and nodal agencies in Ludhiana, Patiala, Rajpura region during pre-tendering.
• Promote LV switchgear products with focus on digital IEC61439 panel solutions.
• Generate orders to achieve CP targets.
• Plan daily activities, create opportunities, analyze win/loss, push to SAP and CACo.

Responsibilities

• To achieve annual sales target for LV Sales.
• Work with OEMs, consultants and nodal agencies of Ludhiana, Patiala, Rajpura region during pre-tendering stage for specification and preference generation.
• Extensive promotion of LV Switchgear Products with focus on Digital Products IEC61439 Panel Solutions.
• Order generation for respective CP to help in achieving CP target.
• Daily activity planning, scheduling, opportunity creation, order win/loss analysis, push to SAP, CACO analysis, usage of knowledge portal, etc.
• Good understanding of Low Voltage and Medium Voltage product range and its application which needs to be utilized at customer places.
• To conduct sales promotion activities like IPTs, product demos/presentations, seminars.
