Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in building expert-level eLearning in Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise).
• High proficiency in graphic design, interactive triggers, and variables.
• Experience using Synthesia for video production and LLMs for instructional design workflows.
• Skilled in video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Camtasia) and audio editing.

Responsibilities

• Design and build immersive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline/Rise 360 with accessibility (WCAG).
• Engineer high-quality video/audio assets with Synthesia and Premiere Pro.
• Use LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude) for storyboarding and scripting while preserving brand voice.
• Apply ADDIE/SAM for engaging, scenario-based learning experiences.
• Develop and maintain a component library of reusable assets and AI prompts.
• Manage content lifecycle through a structured production workflow.
• Implement QA protocols, including testing and accuracy checks.
• Coordinate review cycles with SMEs using Articulate Review 360.
• Ensure adherence to ICS and Brand Identity guidelines.
• Partner with LMS admins for seamless SCORM/xAPI integration.
• Maintain AI ethics, vetting generative content for bias and accuracy.
