Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Lead Service Trial Engineer to drive trials on new vehicle programs, ensuring readiness, serviceability, and field robustness before launch.

You will plan trials on prototype, pilot, and production-intent vehicles, evaluate under diverse conditions, identify field issues, and work with engineering to drive timely resolutions that improve future programs. The role requires 7–9 years in automotive technical support, BE/B.Tech in related engineering,

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Automobile, Mechanical, or Electrical & Electronics engineering.
• 7–9 years of experience in automotive technical support.
• Strong diagnostics, testing, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with data analysis and technical reporting.
