Job summary

Skillventory is seeking a technically strong professional to provide field support and dealer assistance for critical vehicle issues. You will analyze failures, drive root-cause actions, and coordinate with product teams to implement effective countermeasures.

The role involves supporting new-model launches, performing vehicle inspections, and delivering technical training to dealership service teams and channel partners. 2W experience and a mechanical engineering background are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical service, field support, or product support in the automotive industry.
• Strong automotive troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle components and failure analysis.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
