Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited [Automotive and Farm Equipment Business] is seeking a seasoned diagnostics specialist to develop diagnostic procedures for new automotive models and wiring manuals. You will collaborate with field teams to capture the best procedures for diagnosing issues and analyze field failure reports to release rapid solutions.

You will also contribute to DFMEA related to field failures and validate diagnostic tools before release.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in automotive/engineering field.
• 7–9 years of experience in automotive tech support.
• Experience with diagnostic procedures and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Develop diagnostic procedures for new models.
• Develop wiring manuals.
• Collaborate with field technical team to capture best diagnostics.
• Analyze field failure reports to release quick solutions.
• Represent service to capture field failures in DFMEA.

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Purpose of the role: The objective of this job is to closely work with R&D team and develop Diagnostic procedures , Advanced Diagnostic tools and improve the repair quality at dealer workshop

Key Responsibilities:

• 1) Developing diagnostic procedures for new models
• 2) Developing wiring manuals
• 3) Working closely with field technical team to capture the best available procedure to diagnose problems
• 4) Analyzing field failure reports , to release quick solutions to field
• 5) Representing service to capture field failures in various new product DFMEA’s
• 6) Validation of the diagnostic, flashing tools and releasing to field

BE/B.Tech in Automobile Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics engineering

General Experience

Around 7 to 9 years experience in technical support in Automotive industry

Primary Skills:

• 2) Exposure to latest technologies in automobiles
• 3) Good analytical skills
• 4) Knowledge in automotive electronics
