Job summary

Barsyl is seeking an Learning & Development Specialist to shape the talent ecosystem for railway projects. You will design strategic learning initiatives, deliver blended programs, and drive competency development across Engineering, Rolling Stock, Signaling, O&M, and other functions.

The role requires 5+ years in L&D, with LMS experience and strong stakeholder management. A postgraduate qualification in L&D is a plus, and on-site work at project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in L&D, training design, or instructional design within engineering, construction, or transportation sectors.
• Strong understanding of railway and metro systems, including Rolling Stock, OHE, Signalling, ETCS, and safety standards.
• Experience in designing blended learning solutions across diverse audiences and locations.
• Experience in needs analysis, competency gap identification, and curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy that aligns with business goals and project timelines.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps across technical and functional domains.
• Design and maintain annual training calendars for corporate teams and project cohorts.
