Job summary

Delhivery seeks an experienced leader to head International Operations, overseeing Origin, Clearance, and Destination functions and ensuring seamless service delivery across Mumbai, Bangalore, and Delhi. You will build and guide a multi-location team, drive productivity and accountability, and oversee three clearance hubs to ensure timely processing, FIFO and SLA adherence, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in International Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, Express Logistics, or Cross-Border Operations.
• Strong understanding of international shipment lifecycle, customs clearance processes, and destination operations.
• Experience managing multi-location operations, large teams, operational KPIs, and SLA-driven environments.
