Job summary

Chase Management And Financial Consultants Mumbai seeks a Manager Industrial Relations (IR) to lead union engagement, ensure labour law compliance, and resolve grievances at our Pune manufacturing plant. You will collaborate with Plant HRBP, Plant Head and Corporate HR to manage contract labour, discipline, risk, and stakeholder relations, driving a constructive IR climate.

The ideal candidate holds a Masters in HR/IR/Labour Welfare with 10–14 years’ experience in a unionized manufacturing

Qualifications

• MSc/MA in HR/IR/Labour Welfare with 10–14 years in Industrial Relations/Employee Relations.
• Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and industrial relations practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive IR climate through union engagement, grievance resolution, and labour-law compliance.
• Oversee discipline, contract labour, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.

Role Purpose

• To drive and sustain a positive industrial relations climate at the manufacturing plant through effective union engagement, labour law compliance, grievance resolution, discipline management, statutory adherence, and proactive employee relations initiatives.

Education & Experience

Masters Degree in HR/IR/Labour Welfare preferred with 10-14 years of experience in Industrial Relations and Employee Relations in a unionized manufacturing environment.
