Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an experienced HR & IR professional to manage employee relations, industrial relations, compliance, and HR operations at our manufacturing facility in Pune. You will drive employee engagement, handle grievances, ensure labour law compliance and audits, and lead training, audits, budgets, and CSR initiatives across the site.

The role requires strong communication with line managers, a focus on worker welfare, and effective stakeholder management to maintain harmonious plant

Qualifications

• 7–15 years of HR & IR experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and industrial relations.
• Experience handling workmen, contractors, grievances, and employee engagement.

CTC: 20 - 25 LPA (Fixed + Retirals + Variable)

We are looking for an experienced HR & IR professional to manage employee relations, industrial relations, compliance, and HR operations at a manufacturing facility.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates currently based in/around Pune or Maharashtra would be preferred.
