Sudarshan Cargo in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Import Documentation Specialist to manage imports documentation for air, sea, and SEZ shipments, and ensure ICEGATE filing compliance and customs clearance. The role involves coordinating with PGAs such as CDSCO, FSSAI, Plant Quarantine, and Animal Quarantine, maintaining records, and ensuring timely submission of documents.

The candidate should have 8-10 years of hands-on experience and strong knowledge of SEZ regulations and PGA

• Expertise in ICEGATE filing for customs clearance.
• Ensure compliance with all Customs laws and procedures.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of documents.
• Liaise with internal teams, customs officials, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth clearance.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Minimum 8-10 years of hands-on experience in imports documentation and customs clearance.
• Strong knowledge of ICEGATE filing procedures.
• Thorough understanding of Customs laws, SEZ regulations, and PGA requirements.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
