Job summary

Viacom18 is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for technology roles across Engineering, Product, Data, AI/ML, Cloud, and Cybersecurity. You will partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and drive strong candidate experiences.

• Manage offer discussions and partner with hiring managers to ensure successful candidate engagement and closure.
• Coach hiring managers on recruitment processes, interview practices, and candidate experience expectations.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives including diversity hiring, employer branding, process improvements, and talent pipeline development.
• Mentor recruiters and coordinators by sharing recruiting best practices and supporting capability development.
