Job summary

Busy Infotech in Delhi is seeking a Talent Acquisition lead to build and drive the function with a strong focus on Tech and Sales hiring. This hands-on leadership role combines team management with ownership of critical hiring mandates and the recruitment funnel.

You will partner with business leaders, develop scalable processes, and strengthen the talent pipeline while tracking key metrics and improving sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably in SaaS/Tech.
• Strong experience in Tech & Sales hiring and ATS usage.
• Understanding of recruitment metrics, funnels and analytics.
• 2+ years of team handling and stakeholder management.
• Strong execution and closure orientation.

Build and drive the Talent Acquisition function with a strong focus on Tech and Sales hiring. This is a hands‑on role that combines team leadership with direct ownership of critical hiring mandates, recruitment funnel, quality of hire and stakeholder management. The role will play a key part in building scalable hiring processes and strengthening the talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to drive end‑to‑end hiring.
• Build talent pipelines and track recruitment funnels and conversions.
• Lead the recruitment team, driving goals, productivity and development.
• Own hiring metrics including TAT, source effectiveness, selection and offer‑to‑join ratio.
• Drive ATS usage, recruitment analytics and process improvements.
• Develop structured interviews, assessments and competency‑based hiring frameworks.
• Manage agencies, sourcing channels and candidate experience.

Skill Requirements

• 6 - 10 years of core Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience, preferably in SaaS, Product or Technology.
• Strong experience in Tech & Sales hiring and ATS.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, funnels and analytics.
• 2+ years of team handling and stakeholder management experience.
