Job summary

Time Hack Consulting in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition leader to drive end-to-end recruitment for the New Projects Vertical. You will develop hiring strategies, manage volume and niche hiring, mentor a TA team, and partner with business leaders to translate workforce needs into hiring plans.

You will lead campaigns and campus initiatives, ensuring an excellent candidate experience, and use data to optimize hiring metrics, dashboards, and forecasting.

• Continuously improve recruitment processes and stakeholder engagement.
