Responsibilities
- HSSE compliances and implementation
- Conducting HSSE Training to employees, suppliers, drivers, etc.
- HSSE Risk assessment of offices, warehouses, transport vehicles, suppliers, etc.
- Tracking and reporting Near miss and incidents.
- Preparation of incident reporting / CAPA reports.
- Preparation and circulation of management Dashboards.
- Conduct First Aid & Firefighting Trainings
- Conducting HSSE meetings and circulating Minutes of Meeting
- Prepare for internal and external ISO audit.
- Conduct Quality, EMS & Health & Safety ISO audit independently.
- Review the requirement of compliances and plan to discuss for implementation.
- RFQ filling and submission to HOD’s
- Updating Customers / Suppliers contracts on CLM portal
- Working on sustainability data, updating Data on Greenstone software
- Monitoring sustainability/GHG data and advising branches to update on Greenstone software.
- Helping with Trade certification and compliances such as AEO
- Organize periodic Electrical audits at all PSA BDP sites through Govt. approved certified electrician.
- Periodic monitoring equipment maintenance for all Storage and Material Handling Equipment at warehouses. (Although this may not be applicable at this stage. It will definitely be a requirement once we commence our own warehouse operations)
- Attending monthly meeting with Corporate HSSE team and implementing Corporate initiatives at PSABDP.
- Renewal of Quality Certifications e.g. ISO etc.
Job Requirements
Experience and Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream
- Fire & Safety Certification
- Nebosh certified.
- Lead Auditor certification
- Minimum 7 to 10 years’ experience in HSSE compliance
- Good at English communication and email writing.
- Good in Excel.
- PowerPoint presentation.
- Experience in the logistics industry will be an advantage
