Job summary

BRAHMA AI is seeking an experienced Senior/Manager - HR to guide a high-performance, people-first culture. You will act as a strategic People Partner, driving engagement, performance management, culture initiatives, HR operations, and compliance in a fast-growing AI/product-based tech environment.

The role requires strong HRBP experience, robust knowledge of employment laws, and proven ability to partner with engineering, data science, and product teams to scale teams and optimize workforce

Qualifications

• 10-12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a product-based tech or AI company.
• Strong exposure to performance management, HRBP, and HR operations.
• Experience working with engineering, data science, and product teams.
• Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with organizational goals.
• Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness.
• Support leaders with people analytics and workforce insights.
• Design and manage performance review cycles.
• Develop competency frameworks for AI/tech roles.
• Lead succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Coach managers on feedback, performance improvement, and team capability building.
• Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.
• Drive engagement surveys and action planning.
• Lead initiatives to improve retention and employee experience.
• Support DEI and culture-building programs aligned with company values.
• Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HRMS management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Maintain employee documentation and HR reporting dashboards.
• Standardize onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes.
• Manage employee relations and grievance resolution.
• Identify capability gaps in AI/ML, leadership, and cross-functional areas.
• Implement structured learning programs aligned with business needs.
