Job summary

Metaphor Infotech Mumbai in Bengaluru seeks an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to leaders and employees, owning the Performance Management cycle and partnering with Rewards to strengthen recognition programs.

You will analyze engagement and turnover data, handle employee relations, and drive development and engagement initiatives while collaborating with TA, L&D and HR Ops to meet workforce needs and support policies and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HRBP and trusted advisor to business leaders and employees.
• Drive the complete Performance Management / PMS cycle, including goal setting, reviews, calibration and PIP governance.
• Partner with the Rewards & Recognition team to strengthen employee recognition programs.
• Analyze engagement, attrition and performance data and recommend people interventions.
• Handle employee grievances, conflicts and employee relations matters.
• Drive employee engagement, talent development and people-experience initiatives.
• Partner with TA, L&D and HR Operations on workforce and capability requirements.
• Support HR policies, processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide HR dashboards, reporting and insights to senior leadership.
