Job summary

Vishwa Management Services is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations, including sourcing, onboarding, and employee engagement in Kanpur. You will ensure hiring guidelines are followed, drive induction programs, and lead HR projects with a proactive, matrixed-team mindset.

The role emphasizes process optimization, timely feedback, performance management, and retention initiatives to sustain a strong employee experience across branches.

• Source, Offer and onboard processes with month-on-month hiring TAT maintained.
• Maintain hiring guidelines with zero deviation from specs.
• Smooth induction with 15, 30, 60 & 90 days connect and feedback.
• Design and drive recruitment initiatives to maintain funnel.
• Own HR processes/ELCM and close loops within timelines.

Responsibilities

• Source, Offer and onboard, ensures month on month hiring TAT is maintained.
• Maintain hiring guidelines with zero deviation on hiring specs.
• Smooth induction process with 15,30,60 & 90 days connect with new joiner, share analysis and improvise New joiner experience.
• Designs and drive various recruitment initiatives time to time to maintain funnel.
• An individual contributor who owns HR processes/ELCM and closes loop with in timelines.
• Drives PMS and leads 100% closure in system with in timeline.
• Drives L& OD initiatives time to time and ensure participation.
• Owns employee engagement and plan calendar well in advance.
• Understands and closes employee grievances.
• Conducts employee townhall and communicates people agenda as per frequency.
• A self - driven, multitasking HR partner who can work in a highly matrixed organization.
• Exit analysis and retention initiatives.
• Runs R&R at branch and leads growth driven culture.
• Lead 1 HR Project Per Quarter & lead to closure.
• Process Improvement at every HR Ops/TM touch point for employees
• Timely stakeholders feedback on current process and analysis.
