Job summary

Advantmed in Gandhinagar is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to support business leaders on people management, employee relations, and talent initiatives in a fast-paced setting. The role requires strong HRBP expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to independently drive HR processes.

You will partner with managers on lifecycle matters, guide on HR policies, manage ER cases, drive performance processes and IJP, and collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to deliver programs

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HRBP experience in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on experience in Employee Relations, Grievance Management, and IJP.
• Strong HR policies knowledge and people practices.
• MBA in Human Resources or related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on employee lifecycle management and people-related matters.

• Manage employee relations cases, grievance handling, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.

• Strong conceptual knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and people practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and execution skills.
• MBA in Human Resources or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Healthcare, BPO or KPO environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic business environment.
