• Performance Management: KRA/KPI, reviews & appraisal cycles.
• L&D: Training plans, execution & effectiveness assessment.
• HR Budgeting: Budget preparation, monitoring & cost control.
• HR Policies: Policy implementation & governance.
• Audits: ISO, RC, TPM, ESG & internal audits.
• Employee Engagement: Engagement initiatives & HR calendar.
