Position Title: Manager HR [ HRBP]
Reports To: Director – HR

Position Summary

• Lead and manage an effective recruitment and selection process for senior, middle management, RD&E and IT function roles.
• Analyse, forecast, and address organizational talent requirements in close coordination with management.
• Provide guidance and support across key HR domains including Performance Management, Rewards, and People Development.
• Conduct compensation analysis, evaluate job roles, and determine appropriate classifications and salary structures.

Main Responsibilities

• Partner with line managers and advise on HR practices, programs, and policies.
• Assess HR metrics and trends to support informed decision‑making.
• Address and resolve complex employee relations matters and grievances.
• Collaborate with management and employees to strengthen workplace relationships, enhance morale, and improve productivity and retention.
• Offer policy guidance and ensure consistent HR process adherence.
• Oversee workforce planning and succession management, including regular reporting.
• Identify training needs at both individual and team levels; evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Recommend new HR initiatives and enhancements to existing programs.
• Ensure timely completion and monitoring of performance management processes.
