• Offer policy guidance and ensure consistent HR process adherence.
• Oversee workforce planning and succession management, including regular reporting.
• Identify training needs at both individual and team levels; evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Recommend new HR initiatives and enhancements to existing programs.
• Ensure timely completion and monitoring of performance management processes.

Position Summary

HR Business Partner (Diversity Hiring Position) – Manufacturing

• We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our manufacturing business by driving strategic HR initiatives and talent management. The role will be responsible for leading recruitment for senior, middle management, RD&E, and IT functions, partnering with business leaders to forecast talent needs, and providing expertise in performance management, rewards, employee development, and compensation structuring. The ideal candidate should possess strong business partnering capabilities, analytical acumen, and experience in managing HR practices within a manufacturing environment..
